• Invoice data or financial information
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Device identifiers or location data
• Photos, files, or documents you create
• Any data stored within the HandyBill app

2. Data Storage and Security

Your Data Stays Local:

• All invoices, clients, and price lists are stored in your device's secure storage
• No cloud synchronization or remote backups by our app
• No server-side storage or third-party data services
• Data is encrypted using iOS standard security protocols

3. Data Sharing and Export

When Your Data May Leave Your Device:

• PDF Export: When you generate and share invoices via email, messages, or other apps
• Manual Sharing: When you explicitly choose to share client information or reports
• iOS Backup: If you have iCloud or iTunes backup enabled, data may be included in your personal backups

Important: We have no control over or access to data you choose to share via email, messaging, or other apps. Once shared, that data is subject to the recipient's and service provider's privacy policies.

4. Third-Party Services

HandyBill does not integrate with or use any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The app operates independently on your device.

Apple Services:

• App distribution through Apple App Store
• iOS system services (mail, messages, file sharing) when you choose to use them
• Standard iOS security and privacy frameworks

5. Data Backup and Recovery

Backup Recommendations:

• Enable iCloud or iTunes backup on your device to include app data
• Regularly export important invoices as PDFs
• Consider manually backing up critical client information
• Use at your own discretion and risk

6. Children's Privacy

HandyBill is designed for business use and is not intended for children.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any changes will be posted in the app and on our website. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

8. Legal Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability:

• No warranty of data persistence or backup
• User assumes all risk for data loss
• No liability for business disruption or financial loss
• Use of exported data is user's responsibility

9. Your Rights and Control

You Have Complete Control:

• Data Ownership: All data in the app belongs to you
• Data Deletion: Delete the app to remove all stored data
• Export Control: Choose what and when to share data
• No Account Required: No registration or personal information needed

10. Geographic and Legal Compliance

HandyBill is designed to comply with privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable regulations by maintaining a privacy-by-design approach with local-only data storage.
